Shelley Beaulieu

Shelley has 20 years of experience improving energy efficiency in multifamily 

buildings, a lot of it in affordable housing. She looks forward to serving the members of CAT in working towards having enough housing for everyone in our community, having that housing be affordable, ensuring renters are treated fairly and with respect, and ensuring all of that is done equitably.
