7:15 Legislative Proposals:

1. Cooling proposal from Verde

2. Lease Assurance Protection and Renters Insurance Act presentation,

3. PTU Portland Ordinance, Portland Tenant Protections

4. City of Portland SB 278 legislative concept will be proposed by the Rental Services Commission

5. Offer comments to be shared with OHCS, regarding OHCS proposal to get rid of this proposal entirely and only use the SB 608 limits and the tax credit limits for affordable housing. Do we want them to make this proposed changed, and if not, what should happen to their current policy.
